Introduction
Government of the country has the power of making law and the stakeholders of the country are bound to abide by the laws made by the government of the country. Government makes different types of law including the business laws in different cases. The business organisations have to obey the imposed laws available in the United Kingdom. It cannot be possible to make the agreement enforceable to law without making contract by following the standard of law.

With the technological advancement in this latest situation, the major sector to run the economy of any country is marketing. This advancement has shaped the business sector and related fields of marketing. So, the blending of factors is foreseeing very well. This is happening because different companies and conglomerates are playing a major role. As the primary needs have been changing with time, every conglomerate needs to develop its organizational structure and activity.

The project in this research proposal is about workplace transformation. Workplace transformation is referred to the redesign of flexible workplaces to accommodate different forms of work, staff, and technology is known as workplace transformation.

Project Title: An analysis on influencing factors of Workplace transformation: A case study on Law firm Limited.
Project Aim: The aim of the research project is to identify and analyze the major forces that impact the digital transformation of the workplace in order to take advantage of technology at work and increase worker efficiency and productivity.
